I decided to give it a try considering that the glasses I need have to satisfy different ways of using them. I booked an appointment to have my eye examination. Dr Murtaza Jafferji was very pleasant, patient and professional. He explained to me how and why my vision has changed since my last eye examination. Then I went to Mohamed to choose some frames and order the glasses based on the new prescription. What a great experience!!! Mohamed offered so much care for detail and client satisfaction and endless patience to make sure I picked the best frame after trying countless of them. Mohamed possesses impressive knowledge and ability to answer any questions I had regarding my vision, lens quality and features, use of glasses for different purposes. He made me feel comfortable while talking about my vision issues and promised that the new glasses will make me happy. And they did! I picked them up in a few days, and here I am! 100% satisfaction. Mohamed is doing such an amazing job at Urban Opticians. I will always come back here and I will send all of my friends to have the same great experience. We needed glasses for reading, for computer, driving, progressive ones, you name it. It was an amazing experience. Dr Jafferji was very knowledgeable and thorough when checking our eyes. Then Mohamed and Joanne, who are very polite and professional, shared with us their expertise and helped in choosing the right frames. I really appreciate it their effort to meet our expectations and my family left very happy at the end. The prices are reasonable also, although sometimes the service is what matters the most. Totally recommend this business for your next glasses purchase.
